1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-12 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, shipping carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • HoloCore ships to addresses worldwide, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. International Shipping Policy

  • We ship worldwide. If you have any questions or special requests regarding international shipping, please contact us at holoCorestore@gmail.com.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • HoloCore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

  • HoloCore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you need help with this or don’t understand please reach out to us 

8. Incorrect Address

  • If you provide an incorrect address and your order is returned to us, we will contact you for a correct address and charge additional shipping fees (Depending on how late you correct it)
